Highly decorative vintage celestial globe branded by Marco Polo, produced in Munich with copyright from Instituto Geografico de Agostini in Novara (a famous Italian publisher of maps and atlases). The globe shows stars categorised into 5 groups based on their size. The stars and constellations are labeled in German. The Milky way is portrayed by clusters of white dots. The ecliptic and the galactic equator line is marked in red.  When the light is on, not only the stars light up, but also illustrations of the constellations appear. The globe rotates around vertical and also horizontal axis, enabling its viewers to observe the stars from any angle.

Condition

Excellent condition, no damage or wear. The globe comes with an EU plug.
