Physikalisch-Statisticher Hand-Atlas von Oesterreich-Ungarn

This extremely rare physical-statistical atlas published by Eduard Hölzel in Wien in 1887 is considered as one of the predecessor of national atlases, however it is not full recognised as a national atlas itself. It was originally published in several booklets and in 1887 also in this bound edition. It comprises of 50 pages of maps (most of them double page) from which around a half is dedicated to physical maps with their statistical aspects, the rest are maps of the population, economy, military and political maps.
